History
After gathering approximately $20,000 in loans, Brian Wheeler founded the first Tijuana Flats Tex-Mex restaurant in Winter Park, Florida in 1995.
Currently, the restaurant chain has over 135 locations throughout the United States. It’s known to sell millions of burritos each year.
