History
The café was founded by Keith and Amy Richards in 1998. They wanted to capture what they have experienced while in Greece a year before.
The restaurant chain now has over 80 stores set up in various locations in the US. It’s the first restaurant to earn the United States Healthful Food Council’s REAL certification.
