Strawberry Semifreddo

Strawberry Semifreddo is a lovely dessert. It’s creamy and sweet but also light. If you want to make it, make sure to use fresh strawberries and good quality sea salt.To freeze the semifreddo, place it in the freezer after you have whipped the cream and before adding any of the sliced berries or nuts.
