History
Dustin Schulties and Rob Seely are two software developers who realized the need for healthy, quick, freshly-made meals. Café Zupas was opened in Provo, Utah in 2004 to give just that.
From then on, the café has grown to more than 20 locations around Utah, Arizona, Nevada, Minnesota, Illinois, Ohio and Wisconsin.
