History
The first pancake house was opened by Erma Hueneke and Les Highet in Portland, Oregon in 1953. They collected and used authentic recipes from different parts of the world.
The company now has more than 100 franchised locations in 28 states. They also have overseas locations in Seoul, South Korea and Tokyo, Japan.
