History

Snooze focuses on both sustainability and building a community. On April 2, 2006, the restaurant was founded by brothers Adam and Jon Schegel who both sought culinary innovation in an energetic atmosphere.

Snooze has locations in California, Arizona, Texas, and Colorado – with more soon to open. The restaurant is proud of its sustainability efforts which is shown in their use of responsible materials and resource conservation.

Review

At Snooze, you’ll feel like you’ve been transported to some cheery European café. The bright wood floors, bright overhead lights, and colorful chairs are sure to whet your appetite.

At Snooze, you’ll always be treated to an excellent culinary experience with their artfully arranged food. The pancakes’ delightful flavor is something many come back for.

Some of the menu’s must-try items include the breakfast burrito, classic eggs benedict, and blueberry Danish pancakes. For a unique breakfast or brunch experience, pair your order with a mimosa.

The staff are pleasant. You may have to wait a bit longer to be served. Nevertheless, the wait is worth it as you get to experience a delectable gastronomic experience.
