The restaurant is a family-owned food chain. Rogelio and Pauline Garcia started the restaurant in 1990’s in Collingswood, New Jersey.
In 2017, the restaurant was among the 28 best Mexican restaurants in New Jersey. The restaurant has also been featured in the Nj Monthly Magazine in October 2016.
Oasis Mexican Grill has tables set with matching placemats and table napkins. When you enter the restaurant, its savory, spicy scents will fill your nose. You will be comfortable in their dining area while you enjoy your food.
Moreover, they specialize in slow-braised meat, homemade sauces and luscious desserts. Taco fillings are also perfectly cooked, especially the meat.
My recommendation would be Enchiladas Suiza, which is topped with two different cheeses. You must also try their Ceviche de camarones y calamari, a dish that would satisfy your taste buds.
The restaurant only has a few staff but they can do all the tasks required while they happily serve their guests. On regular days, wait time takes only a few minutes.
