People love Uncle Julio’s because of its Tex-Mex food selection. The chain does not have a specialty dish, but if I have to pick, it will be its enchiladas.

History
Rusty Fenton and “Uncle Julio” founded the chain in 1986. They opened its first restaurant in Dallas, Texas.
It has 33 restaurants in Texas, Illinois, Georgia, Maryland, Florida, Tennessee, and Virginia. In 2017, the company received Paytronix’ Loyaltees Award for Real Impact.
Review
Uncle Julio’s is a busy place. People often come in groups. If you want to get away from all the buzz inside, you can always dine in its outside deck.
Who does not love delightful Mexican food sans the diarrhea? I do. They taste awesome, and I never had to do number two after eating.
Enchiladas for the win! If you are going to fill your stomach with something heavy, go for Uncle Julio’s Carne Asada.
The waiters and cashier are great. The only problem you might encounter is parking. But the trouble of maneuvering in the parking space is worth it.
