History
Mi Cocina was founded in 1991 by Bob McNutt, Ray and Dick Washburn, and Michael Rodriguez. Their goal was to provide Tex-Mex with excellent, warm service.
There are several locations across Texas and Oklahoma. The founders plan to expand soon and reach a national market. This restaurant has become legendary and they plan to make profitable expansions in the coming year.

Mi Cocina values family, above all else and strives to provide excellent service that highlights that value. This restaurant is moderately sized, but has plenty of room for large groups.
The restaurant serves a menu full of authentic Mexican dishes, that patrons love! Using only the freshest ingredients, they provide well prepared dishes that keep their customers coming back for more!
The lunch menu features several options, but perhaps the most popular are the Chimichangas. With the choice of beef or chicken, these Mexican favorites are a go-to for a quick lunch.
The wait staff continues to uphold the founder’s familial atmosphere. They represent the company as a friendly, warm place to go with the entire family.
