I like to use the yellow passion fruit in my drinks and food dishes. I like to slice them open, scoop out the pulp and put it into syrup with some lime juice, tequila and ice before serving it as a drink.

Yemenite Citron is a type of citrus fruit that is indigenous to Yemen. It has a sweet and sour taste, and is often used in many drinks around the world.
