A yellow passion fruit is a large fruit that is native to Brazil. It’s also known as a “granadilla” in South America, and “maracuja” in some other places around the world. It is often eaten raw by people from these regions.

I like to use the yellow passion fruit in my drinks and food dishes. I like to slice them open, scoop out the pulp and put it into syrup with some lime juice, tequila and ice before serving it as a drink.
