You can fill it with almost anything you like, but I think cherries are best. It is easily prepared too, and you can use a store-bought cake mix if you are in a hurry.

It’s a blend of ice shavings and fruit, topped with sweetened red-bean paste, condensed milk and ice cream.It’s fun to make bingsu because you can customise it to your liking. If you can’t find real butter pecan, you can replace it with a mix of butter and nuts or just choose your favorite flavor and go for it! You can also try using chocolate sauce instead of syrup.

It’s a light and airy layer cake that’s more like a mousse than anything else.The cake part is made with sponge cake, the custard filling with whipped cream, and the meringue topping – which is basically just whipped egg whites with sugar.
