The first Firebirds Wood Fired Grill was opened in Charlotte, North Carolina in 2000. Specializing in live fire cooking, they have since opened multiple branches across America.

The ambiance of a Firebirds Wood Fired Grill branch is just like most steakhouses: relaxed and home-like. Seating is generally abundant and spacing is beyond decent.
