History
Salata is a salad and salad wrap kitchen where you can create your own mix. Berge and Tony Simonian first opened its doors in 2005 in Texas.
Since its inception, the salad kitchen has grown across the country. It now has over 83 locations nationwide and shows no signs of stopping its expansion.
Review
The store has a modern vibe and visually appealing aesthetics. The menu provides a nice green contrast against the wooden walls. It’s usually packed during peak hours.
All the food served here is guaranteed fresh. You get to pick your own fixings and toppings. The dressings are always flavorful. The protein choices are seasoned well.
I strongly recommend going with kale, spinach, and the spring salad fixes. The tomato basil soup is fresh and tasty. The chipotle sauce gives the salad a nice spicy kick.
Salata is a self-service resto. Once you create your salad, you pay at the cashier. The line isn’t as fast during peak hours, but the staff are always patient.
