History
Buddy LaRosa founded LaRosa’s Pizzeria in 1954. Back then, LaRosa and his business partners named the restaurant “Papa Gino’s”. They opened its first location in Cincinnati, Ohio.
The pizzeria currently has 64 locations. It has also been included in Pizza Hall of Fame in 2005, which recognizes pizzerias with more than 50 years of operation.
Review
The pizzeria has a well-lit dining area. Its decorations are simple and appealing to the eyes. The setup is quite common in most pizzerias, but it does give a familiar comfort to the guests.
They offer a few choices for crust. Their sauce is sold separately because it is not just an ordinary sauce. The sauce is well-seasoned and complements each thickness of the crust.
I would suggest their Four-Cheese Flatbread Pizza that is made from multigrain wheat crust. Their Chicken Veggie is a must-try too.
The LaRosa’s provides excellent service. All the staff know the value of their customers and their obligations to them, which you would truly appreciate.
