The most famous of them all is the white wine cheesecake. It is a delicious dessert which combines creamy cheesecake and red wine. You can serve it right away, or give it some time in the fridge to get even more flavor. I tried this recipe last night and I absolutely loved it. It was soft, creamy, flavorful and exactly what I wanted for a dessert after a heavy meal!
