History
It all started in 1863, in a small cafe in Southern California. Herb Hyman, the founder, was passionate about delivering good coffee to customers while helping out coffee growers.
Since then, the chain has grown into a 1,000+ cafes all over the world. Their locations receive numerous awards from various groups such as Best Cafe Award.
Review
The place is cozy and quiet with plenty of seating. People often drink tea or coffee here while doing some work. Tables vary from small, 2-seaters to larger ones.
The coffee choices and tea selections are great, with both traditional flavors and unique blends available all day. The menu also offers food such as pastries and bread.
The ice-blended drinks are the most popular in their menu, whether it’s coffee-based or tea-based. The cafe also offers a few seasonal bakery items that’s worth trying.
The baristas are dedicated to making each order the right way. There isn’t any mix-ups in orders. The staff are helpful, even willing to explain the cafe’s rewards and promos.
