Mark Craig and Kevin Cox had the vision of creating a restaurant that reflected their own love of premium steaks, excellent wine, and outstanding service. They wanted to provide an overall sophisticated dining experience. The owners also own and operate twelve Italian restaurants named Travinia Italian Kitchen, which has five locations in South Carolina, four locations in Virginia, two locations in North Carolina and one location in Florida.
