History
Pizza Lucé first opened in 1993 when its owner Joe Baier, who previously worked at another pizzeria, decided to continue working in the pizza industry.
This pizzeria now has eight branches. It’s also known for allowing its workers to freely express themselves in terms of tattoos, piercings, and other forms of art.
Review
This restaurant has the typical pizza parlor look. Each table has ample space in between to make sure that every diner can eat comfortably.
The many pizza options make it hard to choose but are all very delicious. If you’re a vegan, you’ll be happy to know that they also serve salads, vegan sandwiches and pizza.
Their vegan selection was simply wonderful. I loved how they were able to use vegan cheese and even tofu, creatively, on their pizza. On the other hand, their regular pizza was also very scrumptious.
Try the Fire Breathing Dragon. Or if you’re vegan, the fresh veggie pizza is surely a hit. There’s also a build-your-own pizza for more customization.
Its owner prides himself on how his staff deals with customers. They were all very friendly and are knowledgeable about the food offerings. Waiting time may take a couple of minutes at most.
