History
Wildfire is a part of the Lettuce Entertain You group of restaurants founded by Rich Melman and Jerry Orzoff in 1971.
Currently, the restaurant has seven different locations in three states. Its parent company aims to expand into more areas as time passes. It’s no wonder that they are also fast becoming a favorite venue for special events and gatherings.
