History
In 1983, the first café was opened in San Angelo, Texas. It already had five locations in 1995 before it was bought by Bobby D. Cox.
Rosa’s Café continued to grow and now has branches in North, West, and Central Texas. Since then, it has offered delicious Mexican food that makes customers come back for more.
Review
The restaurant is kept clean at all times, and features interiors that distinctly remind customers that they’re about to enjoy Mexican food. The place also has outdoor seating.
In my opinion, Rosa’s Café is one of the best Tex-Mex fast food chains around. The food tastes great, especially the fajitas and tacos.
