History
In 1895, Co-founder John Pelletier established the first Margaritas in Concord, New Hampshire. Then, after setting up two more locations, John’s brother Dave joined in the venture and is helping out on the branding of the restaurant while John is manning the operations.
Today, they are continuing to serve and bring their dining experience in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Maine, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey with various branches in each state. In 2015, they have won New Hampshire’s Magazine Best Margaritas and Best Mexican Restaurant.

One of the best features of Tio Juan’s Margaritas is their decorations and various backdrops that were inspired by the trips to Mexico that the owners have taken which displays their deep appreciation in the culture.
From the name itself, they are known for their must-try margaritas paired with their complimentary chips and salsa, perfect for happy hour! But also, they are known for their wide array of authentic dishes starting from their appetizers like Juan’s Wings or Tenders, down to their desserts like churros and their homemade ice cream.
Finally, there superb service and the friendly wait staff have people come back to their restaurants time and time again.
