History
The restaurant started out as a small establishment in 1956 by John and Iola Sobeck in Royal Oak, Michigan. It was an idea inspired by the Broasting method of cooking chicken.
Their special baby back ribs has received a few awards for its tenderness and unique flavor. There are 21 locations currently being ran by the founders’ children and grand children.

It’s casual dining in this restaurant. It has enough tables for customers, though it may be overcrowded at times, especially on weekends.
Their dishes are delivered fresh every day and cooked to order. The chicken and baby back ribs are marinated in different secret recipes and served with different choices of unique sauces.
For lunch, patrons recommend getting the combo meals. The potato fries are hand-cut. There is also a good variety of different sauces to choose from.
The staff are all friendly and provide good customer service. Worth noting is that the restaurant provides wet towellete—because their food is simply finger-licking good.
