History
This restaurant chain was a part of Todd Hovenden’s graduate school business plan. He pursued the idea and opened his first restaurant on March 8, 1999, in Bloomington, IL.
As of now, Biaggi’s has 19 locations in several American states. The company does not have any plans to accept any interested franchisees.
Review
The location’s ambiance is one thing I love about Biaggi’s. It has a spacious dining area with a very elegant theme.
The food matches with the restaurants aesthetics well—that is, they are subtle yet very delicious. I tried the Porcini Mushroom Ravioli, which was one of the restaurant’s featured dishes for that month. The roasted mushrooms are yummy. It’s definitely a must-try.
Their best-sellers include the different salads and soups, sandwiches, pasta, and pizza. I suggest you try the Supreme Pizza, Fettuccini with Lobster for signature pasta, and Chicken Parmesan for Classic Italian Entrees.
