History
The restaurant chain started as a small 24-seat diner in a Seattle suburb, Burien, in 1974. The man behind this was a young Mexican named Jose “Pepe” Ramos.
Currently, there are around 20 Azteca restaurants in Washington, Oregon, and Florida. The company engages in various philanthropic efforts including the Millionaire Club Charity and Seattle’s Union Gospel Mission.
