History
The restaurant was first opened in June of 1980 in Nebraska. The name Amigos represents the idea that the restaurant was a place for friends.
Today Amigos has many locations and awards. It was named the top growth chain in the country in 1989, Roger Moore, cofounder, was named Restaurateur of the year in 1992, and many other awards since.

Amigos is designed to make you feel at home. When you walk in you are family. Seating is very nice and the restaurants are small so you will be served fairly quick.
The food that is served is always made fresh to order. They say that the food is fit for a king and they offer many different varieties of food. Mexican food turned into fast food, and made deliciously.
One of the most recommended items on the menu is their homemade salsa. The restaurant prepares salsa that is homemade for all its guests to enjoy. You can also order breakfast items, burgers, shakes, and other delicious items.
Service is always done with a smile to make you feel like family. The wait times are little to none to be seated. Food is always served as fast as possible without compromising the quality of the food.
