They were founded in the year 2005. They were founded by Joe and Roy who had a vision to create traditional Italian cuisine that had a modern day twist to it.
They have won many awards including an award for best wings in 2016 by Syracuse New Times. They also won an award recently for best wings in CNY by Table Hoping Magazine. They currently have 12 locations.
