History
Nando’s started in Johannesburg, South Africa in 1987. It was originally a Portuguese food place that was later renamed by Fernando Duarte and Robert Brozin after Duarte’s son.
It has a thousand or so restaurant outlets worldwide. Many of them are in Africa, United Kingdom, and Australia. More than 40 are in the United States.
Nando’s Review
Most Nando’s restaurants are spacious and have a relaxed and family-friendly atmosphere. Guests are seated and then given a menu, but you have to order by going to the counter.
Customers love the restaurant chain’s tender and tasty chicken, which can be fairly spicy depending on the order. They also have a range of sides seasoned with the best spices.
The top picks are the restaurant’s popular boneless chicken thighs with PERi PERi chips. Don’t forget to match it with cheese or sweet potato mash for the perfect meal.
