History
Along with his father Rudy, Lou Malnati created Pizzeria Uno, which was a restaurant that served deep dish pizza. Eventually, the restaurant evolved into what it is today through Lou and his wife Jean’s efforts.
Today, the restaurant has locations in Illinois and Arizona, with more than 90 branches currently operating. Apart from serving great food, Lou Malnati’s is also known for hosting charity events.
