History
Anthony’s was first open in 2002 in South Florida. CEO Wayne Jones has overseen the opening of several locations, from South Florida to all over the United States.
As of November, 2018, Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza has 67 locations, and it still planning expansion projects along the Eastern Seaboard.

Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza is known for it’s coal fired menu—not just pizza, but wings, pork ribs and even meatballs are cooked in the coal powered oven. This unique cooking method draws attention from patrons.
The pizza served at this restaurant is without a doubt the most popular menu item. With several variations, there is something for everyone, including classic pepperoni, or the popular philly cheesesteak pizza.
The wait staff has been considered the friendliest of several south Florida restaurants. It is best to call ahead and make a reservation, although, most of the time this does not effect seating and ordering time.
