History
Polly’s Pies was established in 1968 by two brothers, Don and Eddie Sheldrake. Interestingly, the name Polly comes from the newborn daughter of the first Polly’s Pies manager.
As of now, there are 15 restaurants operating throughout America with a plan of opening more sometime in the near future.
