History
John Koliopoulos wanted to build a restaurant serving barbecue baby back ribs. He bought a small piece of land that sat in the middle of two apartment buildings, hence, the name. It first opened its doors in 1977.
More than 40 years later, it now has six restaurants ready to serve you their famous barbecue baby back ribs and rotisserie chicken.
Review
I’d say this is your typical sports bar barbecue grill. It’s got tons of T.V. screens for you to watch favorite sports and a huge bar for drinks. The walkways and tables are a bit cramped though.
The food is yummy and well-cooked, especially the ribs and chicken. It really goes perfect with a pint of beer.
Obviously, you have to order the barbecue baby back ribs. Its meat is so tender and falls right off the bone. Another item that you should try there is the steak skewers and don’t forget to order beer. You can’t go wrong with that.
The place can get a bit crowded so it would be best to come here early or ask if you can reserve a few seats. Service is friendly and prompt.
