Cowboy Chicken was founded in 1981 by husband and wife duo Phil and Jeanette. The first restaurant was opened in Dallas, Texas.
To this day the restaurant sticks to its original ingredients and never compromising the taste. To this day the chain still uses a real wood-burning fire to create their beautifully made chicken.
