Corky’s was founded over 30 years ago when Don Pelts had opened the first restaurant. He had one goal in mind and that was to serve and make the best BBQ possible.
Today, the chain has been voted the number one BBQ joint located in Memphis. Not only has this been awarded to them once, but 22 times!
